Baggage Claim
If your luggage does not arrive, you need to register the loss with the Lost and Found desk at the airport immediately. To make a claim, you will need your luggage tags and describe your case(s) as accurately as possible. Most of the bags will arrive on the same day.
Also inform yourself right away about necessary replacement purchases (for example hygiene articles) and make sure to keep all receipts.
